The GovEnergy workshop and trade show serves to provide effective energy management training to federal employees and their associated stakeholders. In doing so, it fosters opportunities to further educate and encourage the best application of practices, products, and services as they relate to energy efficiency, renewable energy, water efficiency, and greenhouse gas management within the federal sector.
St. Louis is full of unique attractions, top notch arts and cultural institutions, and enough department stores and specialty shops to keep any shopper happy. Experience the quirky City Museum and explore world-class attractions like the Saint Louis Art Museum and the Missouri History Museum, or take a tour of the Anheuser-Busch brewery and the Gateway Arch. Hungry? Enjoy a host of tasty delights in our unique eateries, which run the gastrointestinal gamut and offer a cornucopia of ethnic options. When the sun sets, the action heats up with casinos, live music and outstanding nightlife throughout downtown and St. Louis’ unique neighborhoods.
Downtown St. Louis continues to reinvent itself with more than $5 billion being spent on development projects in the last ten years. Historic buildings in the Gateway City’s central business district are undergoing transformations and being re-purposed for 21st century uses. Washington Avenue, right out the front door of America’s Center, was named as one of the Top 10 Great Streets for 2011 by the American Planning Association. From loft condos and apartments to restaurants, retail and entertainment venues new life has been breathed into downtown St. Louis.
